Q: How do I remove items from my shopping cart? 

A: To remove items from your shopping cart, click on the "Remove" button under the item you want to remove or set the quantity of that item to "0" when viewing your shopping cart.

 

Q: How do I return an item, or items?

A: We are committed to your satisfaction.  If you are unhappy with your purchase or simply need to exchange an item that has not been damaged due to wear or laundering, you may return the item(s) using the return label inside your package within 30-days of the shipment date. If a return label is not inside your package, contact us and one will be sent to you.

 

Q: What is Uniforms Direct return policy?

A: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the shipment date. The item(s) must not be laundered and all tags and/or labels must be attached to them.

 

Q: The item I want isn't on this website. What should I do? 

A: We are always adding more products to our online store. However, if there is an item you wish to ask us to carry, use our Contact Us form to request it.  If the item you want has had multiple requests, we may consider carrying it and will notify you if we decide to do so. 

 

Q: I need to speak with someone at Uniforms Direct. How do I get in contact with your corporate office?
